Manufacture, application, analysis and hazards in handling the following chemicals: hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sulphuric acid, caustic soda, common salt, borax, bleaching 

powder, sodium thiosulphate, hydrogen peroxide, potash alum, chrome alum, potassium dichromate 

and potassium permanganate.
